HARVEY COUNTY, Kan. — The Harvey County Road and Bridge Department will begin a culvert replacement project Monday on Northwest 12th Street between North Mission Road and North Emma Creek Road.
Northwest 12th will be closed to thru traffic at the work site during the majority of the project.
Residents will continue to have access to their properties.
Northwest 12th is anticipated to reopen to traffic Sept. 18, contingent on weather. Road crews will still be on site working on the culvert after the road reopens.
