She was born on October 31, 1990 in Bakersfield, California to Florentino and Bertha (Rosenda) Vazquez. Belen enjoyed watching Mickey Mouse and the Voice, playing with beads and balls. She is survived by her mother, Bertha Vazquez; father, Florentino Vazquez of Mexico; foster parents, Sharon and John Mies of Pratt; and brothers, Fernando Vazquez, Jair Vazquez and Gerardo Vazquez all of Mexico. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, October 11, 2021 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. Memorials may be made to Pratt Area Humane Society in care of Larrison Mortuary.
