RENO COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 8 p.m. Saturday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Toyota Rav4 driven by Diamond D. Lewis, 24, Lawrence, was westbound on Des Moines W Avenue when it approached the curve onto Northbound Valley Pride on the southwest side of South Hutchinson.
The vehicle began to skid, struck the guardrail on the west side of Valley Pride and rolled into the ditch.
EMS transported Lewis to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
