MCPHERSON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 10:30a.m. Sunday in McPherson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Volvo semi driven by Amir K. Ali, 25, Lincoln NE., was eastbound on Kansas 61 two miles south of Kansas Avenue.
The driver turned onto the northbound Interstate 135 ramp. The truck traveled off the roadway to the right, overturned and landed on a fence.
EMS transported Ali to the hospital in Wichita. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
