RENO COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 2p.m. on Thursday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Freightliner semi driven by Marshall P. Morgan, 46, Wichita, was eastbound on Kansas 96 approaching Worthington Road. The semi rear-ended a 2018 Freightliner semi driven by Kevin T. Brasser, 55, Colwich, who had slowed to turn south on Worthington Road.
EMS transported Morgan to Wesley Medical Center and Brasser to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
