Mary Ann Dick |1936-2021|

Mary Ann Dick, 85, of Hutchinson, died October 21, 2021. She was born in Hutchinson, the daughter of Wilbert and Marion Pruitt.

Mary was a lifetime Hutchinson resident, graduating from St. Teresa’s High School in 1954. She was retired from Dillons Food Stores Personnel Dept. Her love of family, grandchildren & flower gardening kept her very busy. She was a founding member of Holy Cross Catholic Church.

On July 3, 1954, she married Dwayne F. Dick in Hutchinson, he preceded her in death. Other survivors include children: Cindy (Mike) Ratzloff, Hutchinson, Sue (Rob) Lind, Inman, Laura (Glen) Schmidt, Bartlesville, OK, Kathy Stringer, Hutchinson, Nancy (Michael) Smith, Inman, and John (Tonia) Dick, Mt. Zion, IL, 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren plus one more on the way with an expected due date on her birthday. Sisters: Linda Albright, Anita (Charles) Wedel, Thelma (John) Warta. Brothers in Law: Jim (Margie) Dick, Bob (Claudia) Dick. Sisters in Law: Monica Dick, Nell Pruitt. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Barb Deckard, Theresa Skinner, Donald Gene Pruitt, and Betty Arlene Anderson.

Parish rosary will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Holy Cross Catholic Church followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a. m., with Father Aaron Spexarth presiding.  Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 29, 2021, with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave, Hutchinson.
