Hutchinson, KS - United Way of Reno County announced this week that Amy and Ben Kraft will lead the United Way Campaign this year as the Campaign Cabinet Co-Chairs. They are the owners of Kraft Electric and have committed themselves to giving back to the community. “Ben and I are asking you to raise your hand in support of United Way of Reno County” Amy states “Your pledge helps people when they need it most.”
The Campaign is volunteer-led and could not be successful without the willingness of community members to step up.
Along with the Kraft’s, the Campaign Cabinet consists of the following individuals volunteering their time to help United Way run a successful campaign:
Russ Reinert, Scott Meggers, Jon Richardson, Christena and Dave Weber, Kathy Reffner, Kendi Arnold, Kati Brooks, Mike Heck, Joe Ontjes and Angie and Mike Bergmeier.
This team's goal is to help United Way raise the $1,160,000 needed to meet the needs of the community.
“Whether you can give $1.00 a paycheck or consider a much larger gift, we are asking you to join us in giving back to the community as no amount is too small,” Ben Kraft said.
When you give to the United Way, your gift goes to help fund 24 partner agencies and impact work that helps so many in the Hutchinson community.
United Way’s mission is to improve health, education and income stability and provide disaster services to those in need. For more information visit their website at www.unitedwayofrenocounty.org.
