Frank Alonzo Vigil, Sr., 71, died February 20, 2022, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Frank was born November 4, 1950, in La Jara, CO, to Eutimio and Rosella (Marquez) Vigil.
On October 21, 1978, Frank married Debra Dee Christian, in Hutchinson. Frank was a maintenance mechanic for Tyson, Krause Plow and several other manufacturing companies. He graduated from Palmer High School in Colorado Springs, CO, in 1968. He enjoyed bowling, and the Denver Broncos. He loved spending time with his grandkids and doing Sunday dinners with his family.
Frank is survived by: his wife Debbie; son, JR Vigil; daughters, Stephanie Vigil, Hutchinson, Tracy Lovern and Shelly Romero, Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Presleigh and Dalton Estes, Sebastian, Brayson, and Averi Vigil, Anthony Garcia, Samantha Lovern, Shayla and Ashley Romero, Ciara, Aaliyah Jay, Deziree, Celia and Shireese Archuleta; brother, Dan (Pamela) Vigil, of Hutchinson; sister, Rose (Allen) Forkell, of Hutchinson; and many nieces and nephews.
Frank was proceeded in death by: his parents; brothers, Timothy and Joseph Vigil; and sister, Sara Vigil.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at Journey, South Hutchinson, with Pastor Jesse Blasdel officiating. The family will greet friends on Friday February 25, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Journey, South Hutchinson. Friends may sign the book Wednesday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
