Camerina “Carmen” Rodriguez, 95, died on November 6, 2020 at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Inman, KS. She was born November 17, 1925 in Durango, Mexico, the daughter of Carlos and Herminia Tabison Agileda Monarrez.
On April 19, 1958, she married Cecil P. Rodriguez. She was a homemaker. She attended Spanish Baptist Church.
Carmen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cecil; son, Picillano Montez; daughter, Helen Rodriguez; brother, Melesio Monarrez; sisters, Ermelinda Quintero and Lila Perez.
Survivors include her sons, Salomen Montez of Dodge City, KS., Cecil Rodriguez Jr. of Newton, KS., Freddy Rodriguez of Hutchinson, KS.; daughters, Annie Rodriguez-Harris of Hutchinson and Carolina Paubel of Wichtia, KS.; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service is pending and will be announced at a later date. Burial will take place in Fort Dodge Veteran’s Cemetery, Fort Dodge, KS. Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association and sent in care of Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30 th Ave., Hutchinson, KS 67502.
