HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Salt City Orchestra will bring live orchestral music to Hutchinson over the next two Fridays with a pair of free outdoor concerts.
The first performance is scheduled for tonight, at Dillon Nature Center. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. and run through 9 p.m., offering residents an opportunity to enjoy an evening of music in one of Hutchinson's most popular outdoor venues.

The orchestra will return the following week as part of the Hutch Rec's Final Friday concert series. That concert is set for Friday, June 26, at DCI Park, located at Main Street and Second Avenue in downtown Hutchinson. Music will begin at 7 p.m.
Both concerts are free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. Donations will be accepted to help support the orchestra and future performances.
The two concerts give residents back-to-back opportunities to experience live orchestral music while enjoying outdoor community gathering spaces in Hutchinson.
For those looking to make plans for the next two Friday evenings, the Salt City Orchestra's summer concert series offers free entertainment at both Dillon Nature Center and downtown Hutchinson's DCI Park.
