HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Director of Planning and Development Ryan Hvitlok is leaving for a job on the Illinois side of the Quad Cities.
The city of Moline, IL announced in a release Friday that Hvitlok would become their community and economic development director. The post has been vacant since 2019.
Hvitlok has been in Hutchinson almost three years, starting with the city in 2019.
