HUTCHINSON, Kan. — You may have seen the 3 new traffic circles through Panorama Drive.
Residents in the Panorama neighborhood brought concerns about high traffic volume and speeding to the Hutchinson City Council.
In response, Councilman Meggers led a series of discussions with the citizens of his district to find a resolution. After several evening meetings, traffic circles were agreed upon as a temporary solution.
The city will reevaluate this change after a few months.
