Betty Rose Peterson, 99, of Lindsborg died Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Bethany Home. Betty was born July 3, 1921 in Lindsborg. She is the daughter of the late David and the late Tekla (Larson) Elving.
She married Harry E. Peterson and was a devoted homemaker and mother.
She is survived by her daughters: Christine Shwaiko (Lex) of Stockton Springs, ME, and Kathy Peterson of Lindsborg, KS; sons: Tom Peterson (Naomi) of Emporia, KS, James Peterson of Hartford, KS, and William Peterson (Sandy) of Pleasanton, KS; as well as 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Harry; brother: Richard Elving; and son: Jon Peterson.
Cremation has been chosen and services will be held at a later date.
