HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The annual auction for Central Christian School is coming up Feb. 19.
"We will have an in person live auction with games and raffles and a golden ticket," said Elizabeth Walton, director of operations for CCS. "We will have a meal catered by Carriage Crossing that will have baked chicken, red potatoes, green beans, roll, pie and drink. We have an Olympic theme this year, so we're encouraging all to dress in theme and we'll have a best dressed contest. Tickets for the event are $25 a person. The deadline to get tickets for the in person event is this Saturday, Feb. 12."
There will also be a way to give virtually.
"We also have a virtual auction that includes both our silent auction and a live stream of the live auction," Walton said. "Those tickets are $10 and can be purchased all the way up to the morning of Feb. 19."
Doors open at 11:00 for lunch on the 19th and the event and live auction begins at noon.
