RENO COUNTY —A Kansas man was injured in an accident just after 9:30p.m. Friday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Yamaha motorcycle driven by Brannon C. Smith, 33, Burrton was westbound on U.S. 50 ten miles east of Hutchinson. The motorcycle struck a deer in the road.
EMS transported Smith to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the KHP.
