HUTCHINSON, Kan. — For the first time, Hutchinson City Manager Jeff Cantrell will give the annual State of the City address.&nbsp;

Hutchinson AMBUCS and the Hutch Chamber are partnering along with Prairie Independent Living Resource Center to bring the "State of the City" virtual breakfast this Wednesday, at 8:30 a.m.&nbsp; This event is free to attend, but advanced registration is required.&nbsp; Registration is filling up fast.

The event was started by AMBUCS to give then City Manager John Deardoff an opportunity to talk about the past year and how things look for the city going into the following year.
