Dashboard does not show any long-term care facility cases as of Monday, only 86 overall

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The overall COVID-19 case count in Reno County is at 86 as of Monday. The death count among Reno County residents is at 138. The last time we were at or below this case level was mid-September.

Out of 7,720 total cases since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 7,496 recoveries. There are 8 clusters still being monitored.

No Reno County residents are in the hospital with COVID-19 as of Monday, nor are there any cases as part of documented long-term care facility clusters. The last day with a documented hospital admission was February 23.

The Positive Test Rate rolling average is at 7.0%, which leaves schools in the yellow for gating criteria for this week.

Drive-thru testing is currently available at the Kansas Cosmosphere at 1100 N Plum in Hutchinson.
