HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Rotary Club announced Friday that their speaker for Monday Nov. 4 is Enrico Villegas, Hutchinson City Manager. The event is at noon at the Stringer Fine Arts Center on the campus of Hutchinson Community College. The public is invited to attend.

Villegas brings a wealth of experience in municipal management and infrastructure development to his new role. As the Assistant City Manager/Public Works &amp; IT Director for the City of Warrensburg, MO, and previously as a Project Manager for the City of Lawrence, KS, he has led numerous innovative projects focusing on road reconstruction, sewer upgrades, and broadband initiatives. 

His commitment to collaboration, efficiency, and community engagement has consistently delivered results.
