 </figure>SEDGWICK COUNTY— A third suspect accused in the May 2020 shooting death of a Kansas teenager made his first court appearance in the case Monday.&nbsp; Jakob Oniel Cuble, 19, of Grand Prairie, Texas, was charged with 1st degree felony murder and aggravated robbery, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney's office.<figure>

 </figure>Cuble is third person charged in connection to the death of 17-year-old Marcus Sain at a Wichita apartment complex. Police say the shooting occurred during a drug deal. <figure>

 </figure>Nathaniel Saunders and Malcolm Ganther have also been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery for Sain's death.Cuble's next court appearance is scheduled for June 17, according to the district attorney. His bond remains at $250,000.&nbsp;
