MARION COUNTY —One person died in an accident just before 1a.m. Saturday in Marion County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2025 Kawasaki driven by Justin B. Williamson, 22, Weiser, Idaho, was northbound on U.S. approximately three miles north of Florence.
The motorcyclist tried to pass another vehicle and struck a southbound 2019 Toyota Camry driven by Tina Ho, 19, Wichita, head-on with
Williamson was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Jost Funeral Home. Ho was properly restrained and not transported for treatment of a minor injury. The KHP released no additional details.
