BUHLER, Kan. — Buhler USD #313 has updated the Stay to Learn, Play, and Work guidelines to reflect the CDC and Reno County Health Department updates.
The major changes are:
Positive Staff/Students
May not attend school or activities for 5 days. They may return if fever free and symptoms are noticeably improved but must wear a facemask for 5 additional days.
Unvaccinated Close Contacts;
Staff/Students will be allowed to attend school if they participate in the daily testing for 5 days. Changes to our flow chart and guidelines have been updated.
Vaccinated Close Contacts:
Staff/Students must wear a facemask for 5 days. They may test on day 5 to remove the facemask OR wear a facemask for 10 days.
Please note to be considered fully vaccinated, they must have their booster if they are eligible (6 months from their last vaccination).
