HAVEN, Kan. — According to a message from the City of Haven, there was an issue with flickering electricity Wednesday morning.
City officials say Haven Public Works is out investigating and troubleshooting. They are asking for patience as they work through the problem.
Those south of the substation experienced a full loss of electricity while Public Works removed a substantial tree from the power lines. Electricity was fully restored around 10:30 a.m.
