Because of scheduling conflicts, the Hutchinson Community College women’s soccer team has announced changes to its weekend-long home-opening event.
Because of scheduling conflicts with North Idaho, the Cardinals will not be able to come to Hutchinson this weekend.
Thus, the Blue Dragons will play its 2026 home opener against the Jets at 7 p.m. on Friday at the Salthawk Soccer Complex. Admission is free and the game will be streamed on the Blue Dragon Sports Network.
Originally, the Blue Dragons were to play NOC-Enid and North Idaho College on Friday and Sunday at the Salthawk Soccer Complex with the Jets and Cardinals playing on Saturday.
After Friday, the next Blue Dragon home match will be against No. 5 Iowa Western at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 4 at the Salthawk Soccer Complex.
