HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson City Planning Commission will have its organizational meeting on Tuesday.
In addition to electing a chairman and vice-chairman for the year, the commission will look at the preliminary plat and the final plat for Bornholdt’s Subdivision on West 4th Avenue and Hendricks.
The recommendation from staff is to approve the plat with a subdivision variance to allow them to keep the existing buildings. The plat, upon approval, would divide the property into four lots.
The Hutchinson City Planning Commission will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the City Council Chamber at 125 East Avenue B.
