
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Monarchs will be well represented when the Jayhawk Collegiate League All-Star Game comes to Hobart-Detter Field.
Eleven Monarchs players have been selected for the league’s all-star game, scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday, July 11, in Hutchinson.
The Monarchs’ selections include infielders Drew Bugner, James Dagenhart and JJ Spafford; outfielders Marcus Gradney, Cooper Harris, Brice Wallar and Jackson Schanuel; and pitchers Dayton Hicks, Brayden Henry, Vinny Jarrell and Daegan Vinduska.
The all-star game will give Hutchinson fans a chance to see several Monarchs players compete on their home field while representing the organization and the Jayhawk Collegiate League.
First pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Hobart-Detter Field.
