🏀 MBB: Wildcats land 5-star commit

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. — The Kansas State University men's basketball team got it's first commitment from the class of 2024 on Tuesday, and it's a big one.

David Castillo, a 5-star point guard, announced his commitment to K-State on Tuesday afternoon.

The 6-foot-1 point guard is the No. 27 overall prospect in the country for the Class of 2024, according to On3 Sports. 

Castillo took official visits to Kansas and Oklahoma State before choosing K-State. He held offers from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Florida and many others.

Castillo is scheduled to graduate from Bartlesville High School next spring.
