HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Human Relations Officer Dave Sotelo plans to update the Human Relations Commission on his efforts to increase diversity on local boards and commissions as part of their regular meeting on Wednesday.
Mayor Jade Piros de Carvalho is holding up city board nominations until a new policy can be implemented.
Also on the agenda is continued work on strategic planning and community events, along with the regular comments from commission members.
The Hutchinson Human Relations Commission will meet Wednesday, May 18th at 4 p.m. at City Hall.
