HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A Reno County man facing numerous sexual exploitation charges entered pleas on Tuesday in Reno County District Court.
Patrick White entered pleas to four counts of sexual exploitation of a child. As part of the plea, a fifth count was dismissed.
White was arrested after deputies with the Reno County Sheriffs Department issued a search warrant on his home and cell phone.
The warrant stemmed on allegations from a separate Law Enforcement agency that was made aware of White’s ongoing suspicious activity. The crimes are said to have occurred between October of 2018 and February of 2020.
White may also have to serve time on a similar conviction in 2019 that he was already serving probation on.
All of that will be settled at sentencing which is set for August 28.
