This year's Share Haiti Benefit and Auction is set for this weekend.
Friday night is all-you-can-eat waffle and sausage dinner. Then, on Saturday is the benefit auction.
The location for the event is 5015 South Dean Road.

The events are a fundraising effort for Share Haiti. Share Haiti supports a school in Haiti.
The school this year is serving about 430 students. The school is growing rapidly as people are moving out of Port Au Prince because of the gang violence.
The school feeds the students one hot meal a day. That way they are helping ease the effects of poverty there.
100-percent of the money raised this weekend will go towards the school. Everything has been donated or underwritten by sponsors.
Friday night is the all-you-can-eat waffle and sausage dinner. They will also have some singing groups for entertainment. The dinner is from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. and the entertainment begins at 7 p.m.

The auction is on Saturday. It begins at 9:30 AM.
The highlight of the auction is a 30-foot by 40-foot stud wall building. This will sell at noon. Other items are available as well.
