
TOPEKA, Kan. – A man and woman who are in custody in Topeka were indicted today on federal charges of robbing three Kansas businesses, including one in Hutchinson.
U.S. Attorney Stephen McAllister said 29-year-old Lekeith Markez Mosley of Liberal and 25-year-old Shelbi Paige Ricks of Liberal are alleged to have robbed the Subway at 711 North Main in Hutchinson on September 6, the Family Dollar at 303 East Kansas in Greensburg on September 7 and the Jimmy John's at 1025 SW Wanamaker in Topeka on September 27 of this year.
If convicted of the three counts of robbery, they could face up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000 on each count.
