HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Grace Episcopal Church, 2 Hyde Park Drive in Hutchinson, will host a special Election Day service over the lunch hour on Tuesday, November 5, at the church.

The public is invited to join the people of Grace in worship and prayer for the nation and the community. Scheduled to begin at 12:15 p.m., the service will finish by 1 p.m. to enable attendees to return to work on time.

“Participating in our nation’s political process is about working together so we can live together,” said The Reverend Bill Waln, assisting priest at Grace. “Grace Episcopal Church is community-based and worship-centered. We believe praying together, like voting together will allow us to live together better.”

After the service, the church will provide sack lunches to attendees. They are welcome to take the lunches back to work or eat them in the parish hall.
