KANSAS CITY, Kan.—Law enforcement authorities investigating the death of a man and woman at a Kansas City, Kansas apartment complex say it is now a homicide investigation.

On July 29, police conducted a welfare check&nbsp;at the Cambridge at River Oaks Apartments, N. 70th and Riverview at the request of family members, according to a media release.

Detectives found both 22-year-old Heather Miller and 24-year-old Jordan Horton both Kansas City, Kansas residents dead inside an apartment at the complex. The initial investigation determined both had been dead for several days.

Police have not made an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to contact police and all tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify to earn up to a $25,000 reward.
