
The Harvey County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the man who died in a single-vehicle accident this morning near Halstead.
Caleb Foley, 20, was driving a Pontiac Bonneville eastbound in the 10900 block of Southwest 24th Street near the K-89 Highway when his vehicle left the road. The vehicle rolled, ejecting Foley.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene at 9:09 a.m. Foley was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not known why Foley’s vehicle left the road.
Foley was the only occupant of the vehicle.
Foley was a Hutchinson native.

HARVEY COUNTY —A man is dead following a single-vehicle accident that occurred just after 9a.m. Friday near Halstead.
According to a statement from Harvey County Sheriff's Department spokesman Kyle McCaskey, a preliminary investigation indicates a vehicle was eastbound in the 10900 block of SW 24th Street at K-89. The vehicle left the roadway, rolled and the driver was ejected.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the driver has not been released pending notification of family.
The accident remains under investigation by the Harvey County Sheriff's office.
