Lois Fay (Andrew) Tinkler-Larson, 97, of Lindsborg, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Bethany Home. She was born August 20, 1924 in Gypsum, KS to the late Asa and Grace (Swisher) Andrew.

Lois graduated from Gypsum High School in the class of 1942. She married Merlin Tinkler. After his passing in 1969, Lois would go on to marry Paul Larson, who passed away in 1995.

Lois was a cook at various places around the Lindsborg area. She was also a telephone operator, a farmer’s wife, and an Avon representative. Lois was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lindsborg, where she was a Deacon and active in numerous committees and boards.

Survivors include her daughters: Bonnie Lindsay (Gary) of Protection, KS, and Lois Bishop of Rockwall, TX; son: Rick Larson (Judy) of Wichita, KS; son-in-law: Ralph Nelson of Salina, KS; as well as 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and many extended family members.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents; husbands; daughter: Linda Nelson; brother: Lloyd Andrew; and son-in-law: Bob Bishop.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 3 from 5-7PM at Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg, KS.

The funeral will be held 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 4 at First Baptist Church Of Lindsborg, 1101 E Swensson, Lindsborg, KS with Pastor Chris Carlson officiating. Burial will follow in Gypsum Cemetery, Gypsum, KS.
