Highways in Reno, Harvey and Butler counties have been reopened.
The Kansas Department of Transportation has reopened these highways after earlier closures caused by low visibility, impassable conditions and extreme winter weather.
Travelers are still encouraged to exercise caution, as residual snow and ice may affect road conditions in these areas.
