
TOPEKA, Kan. — Governor Laura Kelly has appointed Terry David to the Emergency Medical Services Board. The purpose of the board is to ensure that quality out-of-hospital care is available throughout Kansas; to regulate, enforce, allocate, and make decisions in compliance with the Emergency Medical Act for all emergency medical services and providers.
David spent 34 years in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He most recently retired as the Chief of Reno County EMS in May, 2019. Prior to his time in Reno County, David served as the EMS Director with the Rice County EMS from 1995-2016.
