
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Small Business Administration's Disaster Loan Outreach Center at the Reno County Courthouse will be closing on Friday, May 6, 2022 .
For anyone who needs one on one assistance they have until then, otherwise they can use the customer service number for assistance and can apply online until the deadline on June 21, 2022, for physical damage.
For Economic Injury Disaster Loans, the deadline is January 23, 2023.
Low-interest federal disaster loans are now available to Kansas businesses, nonprofit organizations, renters, and residents as a result of the Cottonwood Complex Fire that occurred in March 5-16, 2022.
The Agency Declaration covers Reno County and the contiguous Kansas counties of: Harvey, Kingman, McPherson, Pratt, Rice, Sedgwick & Stafford.
People are encouraged to complete the SBA application even if they are not sure if they need it yet. If approved the loan becomes an option.
