NICKERSON, Kan. — The City of Nickerson is transitioning to a new utility billing software.
The city said on social media Tuesday, "We are running bills for the first time on this platform and it is a learning process for us! Please be kind as we navigate this transition. Bills will still come out on the 1st of the month and are still due on the 15th."
