HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Police have lifted the emergency accident reporting plan (EARP) for Hutchinson. If you are involved in a crash, please call 911, and an officer will respond.
However, if you do not have to drive today, police are still recommending that you stay home so the city can finish cleaning the main thoroughfares, as some areas are still slick.
