 </figure>HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson police released more information on the car/pedestrian accident that killed the pedestrian on Saturday. The accident happened around 12:20 p.m. in the 700 block of East Avenue A.&nbsp;Police report that a vehicle was traveling westbound and struck a pedestrian that was walking northbound across the road outside of the crosswalk. The pedestrian, 93-year-old Carmen Raya of Hutchinson, was transported to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
