HARVEY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in Harvey County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Nissan Sentra driven by Janae M. Moon-Sotta, 29, Caney, was northbound on Interstate 35 just north of NW 48th Street.
The car rear-ended a 2012 Nissan Altima driven by Theron T. Ratzlaff, 37, Moundridge. EMS transported Moon-Sotta to Wesley Medical Center. Ratzlaff and a passenger were not injured. Moon-Sotta was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
