Meet Rootbeer Float, a pit mix with an energetic and playful personality. He loves to engage in games, plus enjoys snuggles and affectionate interactions.
He is the “bestest boy”
Rootbeer Float is social with humans and possibly other pets. He’s also good at following simple commands and will benefit from further training. He’s eager to learn and please.
His ideal furrever home would be with active families or individuals who can match his high energy levels. Plus previous experience with pit bulls or strong dogs is a plus.
You can get your own Rootbeer Float at the Hutchinson Animal Shelter, located at 1501 South Severance Street. Their hours are Tuesday through Sunday 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Other times are by appointment. You can reach them by phone at 620-694-1924.
