SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Reno County Public Works announced Monday that a portion of Sterling Road between Illinois Avenue and Blanchard Avenue northwest of Abbyville is closed to all traffic Tuesday and Wednesday for crossroad pipe replacements.
