PRATT, Kan. — A Pratt man who was arrested on sex crime charges in May has been sentenced to 25 years in prison in the case.
According to a release Monday from Pratt Police Detective Jeff Ward, 62-year-old Larry Beireis was arrested in May, charged and convicted in Pratt County District Court this fall on charges of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child Under 14.
According to the release, the conviction was in September and the sentencing was in October.
