HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced Monday the $3.4 million sale of a retail strip center and Dillon’s Fuel Station ground lease in Hutchinson.
The 50,420-square-foot property at 401 E. 4th Ave. is anchored by national tenants including Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree and Dillon’s Fuel Station. It sold for $3,415,000.
Mark Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House, investment specialists with Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, along with Colby Haugness, the firm’s broker of record in Kansas, had the exclusive listing and marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Kansas limited liability company.
Built in 1968, the property sits on 3.98 acres adjacent to downtown Hutchinson. It is located one mile south of Hutchinson High School and Hutchinson Community College, serving a population of more than 46,000 residents within a five-mile radius.
