HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Thanks to Ineeda Cleaners and the generosity of the Hutchinson community, the annual coat drive continues this year.

"We are able to give coats out to anyone in need," said D.J. James with the Salvation Army. "You just need to get an appointment time. In the past, we've done about 300 families in one day. That's just not possible this year. We need to spread it out."

Drop gently used coats off at INEEDA Cleaners by October 31 to be distributed.

"You can go click on our link on Facebook," said James. "You can go click on our link on our website and just claim an appointment."

If you can't log on to the internet to make an appointment, you can call (620) 663-3353.

"We're spreading that out," James said. "It's going to be through that first week in November."

Currently, appointment times are available on November 5, 6 and 7.
