Two more weeks remain in the 2025 season and the Hutchinson Community College football team maintains a stronghold on the No. 1 spot in the NJCAA Division I Football rankings.
Coming off their second bye week of the season, the Blue Dragons travel to Highland on Saturday for a 1 p.m. kickoff and will close the regular season at home on Nov. 22 against No. 11 Garden City.

The top four teams in the final regular season poll will advance to the NJCAA Division I National Playoffs on December 6-7 at the sites of the Nos. 1 and 2 teams in that poll.
The Blue Dragons extend their program record for longest consecutive weeks in the national poll to 60 weeks. The Dragons have been ranked in the top three of the NJCAA Rankings for 54 consecutive polls and have been ranked No. 1 in 49 of the 79 polls released in the Drew Dallas era.
The top four teams remain in the same spot as last week with Hutchinson, Iowa Wester, Tyler and Northwest Mississippi. Mississippi moves into the No. 5 spot after Georgia Military struggled in a win over Lackawanna.
Coffeyville (6-3) jumped up one spot to No. 7. Garden City climbed three spots to No. 11 and Butler fell two notches to No. 13.
