OTTAWA COUNTY, Kan. —Two people were injured in an accident just after noon Friday in Ottawa County

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2021 Kenworth semi driven by Royce W&nbsp;Settrini, 35, McPherson, was southbound on U.S. 81 one mile north of Minneapolis.The semi rear-ended a 2006 Chevy HHR driven by Richard L&nbsp;Smith, 72, Concordia.&nbsp; 

EMS transported Smith and a passenger Rachel A. Smith, 49, Concordia, to Salina Regional Health Center. Settrini was not injured. All three were wearing their seatbelts according to the KHP.
