Trinity Catholic Junior/Senior High School’s TC Theatre will bring a sweet classic to the stage this week with its production of “Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka.”
Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. March 5, 6 and 7, with a 3 p.m. matinee on March 8 at the school.
The musical, based on the beloved story by Roald Dahl, follows the adventures of young Charlie Bucket and four other golden ticket winners as they tour the mysterious Wonka Chocolate Factory under the guidance of the eccentric candy maker, Willy Wonka. Along the way, the children encounter imaginative inventions, colorful characters and important lessons about honesty, humility and kindness.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students. Seating is reserved and tickets may be purchased online at https://our.show/tcwonka.
The production is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International. All authorized performance materials are supplied by MTI.
