Carlyle Paramore | 1959 - 2020 |

Carlyle Dean “Cork” Paramore, 61, of rural Lindsborg, died December 13, 2020 at his residence.  He was born September 19, 1959 in Russell, Kansas, the son of Joseph A. and Rosemary (Ramsey) Paramore. 

Cork was employed as a truck driver by E-M Sand & Gravel for several years.  Prior to that he worked cattle and rode and broke horses.  Most of his spare time was spent outdoors camping, fishing and tinkering on vehicles, but he loved watching westerns on television as well.

Cork delighted in showing up with bags of candy for his grandkids and a favorite dinner request of his was steak and potatoes.  He will be missed dearly by his family and friends alike.

Survivors include his son, Robert Shane Paramore of Brewton, Alabama; two daughters, Calyne Rhea (Ted) Henry, Linn, Kansas and Kara Lynn (Brandon) Bailey, McPherson, Kansas; siblings, Kathy Kimball, AZ, Alvin Wayne Paramore (Tressia), KS, Chris Casper, TX, Tammy Foster, KS, Justin Searles (Gina), NC, Raymond Paramore (Roxann), KS, Teresa Meyer, KS, Clifford Paramore, KS, Joseph Paramore (Mary), MO and Bobby Paramore, KS; seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place and at the request of the family, there will be no services held.  Memorials may be given to Olson’s Mortuary, Canton, to help with funeral expenses.
